Reducing Single-Use Plastics for Economic and Environmental Sustainability: We will actively seek to eliminate single-use plastics in our operations and packaging to promote sustainable tea practices. This includes: phasing out plastic wrapping in favor of sustainable alternatives, encouraging the use of bulk purchasing and refill options for customers, and partnering with suppliers who share our commitment to reducing plastic waste.
