This Sustainability Policy outlines our commitment to sustainable practices across our operations, supply chain, our community engagements.

As an integral part of this Sustainability Policy, we affirm our commitment to the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.

1. Environmental Sustainability

  • Biodiversity Conservation: We commit to protecting and enhancing biodiversity in tea-growing regions by maintaining natural habitats and promoting the cultivation of indigenous plant species.

  • Water Management: We will promote implementation of efficient water management techniques to reduce water consumption and protect water resources in tea estates.

  • Carbon Footprint Reduction: We will actively work to minimize our carbon footprint through sustainable transportation, energy efficiency measures, and the use of renewable energy sources in our operations.

  • Reducing Single-Use Plastics: We will actively seek to eliminate single-use plastics in our operations and packaging. This includes:
    • Phasing out plastic wrapping in favor of sustainable alternatives.
    • Encouraging the use of bulk purchasing and refill options for customers.
    • Partnering with suppliers who share our commitment to reducing plastic waste.
